Akashic Records, Past lives and Soul Planning…. 2505

Tonight’s show was about the Akashic records… what they are and how you can access them.   The steps are simple but practice will make perfect.

  1.  Have clear intentions of what you want to know.  It should be about yourself and a scenario that is specific.  If you ask a vague question you will get only a vague answer, which will confuse you.  We don’t want that of course.
  2. Get yourself in a meditative state, relaxed and with a quiet mind.   Relax all your body muscles, open your senses, quiet your mind (clear your thoughts), breath in and out slowly.
  3. Always ask your question with Love, Light and Truth involved.   Be sure that your question will help your knowledge for this lifetime and not for curiosity sake.   Remember our lifetimes are planned for a reason and sometimes that reason is to balance karmic energies from a previous lifetime.  Everything you learn about your past will help your future.
  4. Trust the answer you get.   Depending on what clairs- is stronger in you, will depend on how you receive the message.
    1. Clairsentience (feeling/touching)
    2. Clairaudience (hearing/listening)
    3. Clairalience (smelling)
    4. Claircognizance (knowing)
    5. Clairgustance (tasting)
  5. Always end any meditation session with gratitude.   Be grateful for any piece of information you receive.

The journey of enhancing your intuition and receiving messages from your angels takes practice.  Trust that you will receive the answers you need.   Remember to discern between your ego and your higher.  Any negative or derogatory answer you get is likely the ego trying to derail your meditation.   Your soul, your soul planning group and your lifetimes are planned out of love…no matter the circumstances that were planned.   Your worst enemy in this lifetime chose to be your enemy out of love to teach you something.  Love those who hurt you in return.
