Sue Wilcox is the founder of The Lavender Door website and Facebook page where she encourages individuals to, “Step through The Lavender Door and see where your spiritual journey takes you.” Sue is a trailblazer in the field of intuitive spiritual coaching. Sue incorporates the Law of Attraction in everything she does, and is a firm believer in the importance of maintaining a high vibrational frequency. She believes that we are all born with psychic and intuitive gifts, and is passionate about coaching people who are just beginning their own spiritual journey, and/or are interested in developing their spiritual and intuitive gifts further.

In the late 1980s, when Sue was about 20 years old, she participated in a past-life regression and meditation workshop. That was the catalyst that propelled her on her own spiritual journey, and for the past 25+ years she has been developing her own intuitive/psychic abilities.Sue graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 1999. During her studies and hands-on work at the school she further developed her energy healing abilities, which works magnificently with her Reiki skills.

After suffering with chronic pain, fatigue, nerve pain, IBS, and many other health issues for quite some time, Sue was diagnosed by her doctor in 2012 with Fibromyalgia. Grateful at first for the relief the medicines prescribed provided her, she soon grew very concerned about the new side effects she was experiencing, in addition to that, many of the same old symptoms continued to return frequently regardless of medicines took. So, at the end of 2014 she began the slow process of weaning herself off all those medicines, and started the search for an alternative way to manage those symptoms she experienced regularly. At that time Sue began receiving weekly massages, and discovered Footzone Therapy and Floatation Therapy. Those treatments, combined with some healthy eating suggestions and tips from her FootZonologist, help her to lead a more fulfilling life with a lot less pain.

Another passion for Sue is “Being the Light for Others” when it comes to Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain issues. She shares her experiences with others so that they will know they are not alone in what they are going through, and that there are alternative treatments and lifestyle changes they can make to help themselves get through those tough times. Sue and her husband recently purchased a float pod and are starting their own floatation therapy business. Sue is scheduled to graduate at the end of the summer 2015 as a Certified FootZonologist from the Nordblom American Institute of FootZonology, and also as a Certified Crystal Healer from Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy (this is an accredited & certified course with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork).

When Sue is working with you, whether it is for a healing session, an intuitive reading, coaching, or teaching a class, she will intuitively select which tools and/or skills, that she has acquired, learned and developed throughout her spiritual journey, to use depending upon the individual(s) and/or the circumstances. These tools may include: tarot cards; Angel cards or other oracle cards; a pendulum; numerology; channeling; animal wisdom (medicine); crystals & stones; essential oils; Tibetan singing bowls; tuning forks; vibration frequency; Reiki or other energy healing abilities; creative visualization techniques; affirmations; and prayer.
